The Chicago Federation of Labor (CFL) Workers Assistance Committee is a 501(c)(3), charitable organization serving laid-off workers and other job seekers throughout Northeast Illinois. We are a unique employment resource and an integral link for job seekers, unions and businesses. The CFL Workers Assistance Committee provides job seekers and workers with the skills they need to step up to better employment and succeed. Through our highly personalized approach, we uncover opportunities to enhance the quality of life for workers and improve a company's bottom line.
